The Møller 2 by T-Rex is the second generation of this classic overdrive pedal named after the Danish guitarist Knud Møller. This overdrive is based on the dynamic, warm-sounding T-Rex Alberta overdrive/tube screamer. This new version has a selectable clean boost for even more transparency and sparkle. It's also more legible and equipped with the durable voice switch.

T-Rex Møller 2: blend and boost your clean signal

The unique thing about the T-Rex Møller 2 is that you can mix your overdrive effect with your clean sound. By adding just a little bit of clean to your overdrive, your chords will really cut through the mix and add more definition to your maximum overdrive as well. For really spectacular solos, you can activate the boost function by means of the right foot switch, and take advantage of up to 20dB of clean boost.

Operation and functions

This T-Rex Møller 2 is an incredibly user-friendly device. To utilise the overdrive function, it offers a Tone control for warm or clear sounds and a Gain to adjust the amount of overdrive. Using the Mix control, you can add as much dry (clean) signal as you want. Adjust the amount of boost with the Boost control and the output level with the Level knob. Finally, the T-Rex features a Voice function that enables you to switch from Normal to Bass Boost for the humbucker or single-coil pickups, respectively.
